卷烟机吸丝成型装置改进设计及应用效果研究
Improved Design and Application Effect Study of the Cigarette Machine Filament Forming Device
摘要: 针对卷烟生产中刺破烟频发导致产品质量下降与材料浪费的问题,本文对现有卷烟机吸丝成型装置的工作原理及缺陷展开分析,提出一种增设抵接件的改进设计方案。该装置通过在吸丝通道进丝口设置特定尺寸的抵接件,使烟梗运动方向与梗丝束流向保持一致,同时优化流化床、吸丝通道与吸丝带的多组对应配置。经ZJ116卷烟机三个月的实际应用验证,改造后烟支刺破率从改造前的0.59%~0.71%降至0.28%~0.33%,显著提升了产品质量与生产效率,且装置结构简单、改造成本低,具备广泛推广价值。
Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of frequent cigarette breakage during cigarette production, which leads to reduced product quality and material waste. It analyzes the working principle and shortcomings of the existing cigarette machine filament forming device and proposes an improved design scheme by adding a stopper. This device uses a stopper of a specific size at the filament inlet of the suction channel to ensure that the direction of tobacco stem movement is consistent with the direction of the tobacco filament bundle flow. It also optimizes the corresponding configurations of the fluidized bed, suction channel, and suction belt. After three months of practical application on a ZJ116 cigarette machine, the cigarette breakage rate decreased from 0.59%~0.71% before the modification to 0.28%~0.33%, significantly improving product quality and production efficiency. The device has a simple structure, low modification cost, and broad potential for widespread application.
