世界主要语言国际传播政策与法律的比较研究

A Comparative Study of International Communication Policies and Laws for Major World Languages

摘要: 本文系统比较了英国、法国、德国和韩国这四个国家语言国际传播体系中政策法律、主管机构和学科建设的特点。在此基础上，针对我国国际中文教育的现状，提出针对性的建议，即建立区域性国际中文教育中心；制定国际中文教育的专门立法；强化国际中文教材的区域适配性。希望借此为国际中文教育的法治化建设和健康发展提供参考，以提升中文的国际影响力。

Abstract: This paper systematically compares the characteristics of policy frameworks, regulatory bodies, and disciplinary development within the international language dissemination systems of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and South Korea. Based on this analysis, it proposes targeted recommendations for China’s international Chinese language education sector: establishing regional centers for international Chinese language education; enacting specialized legislation for international Chinese language education; and enhancing the regional adaptability of international Chinese language teaching materials. It is hoped that these suggestions will contribute to the rule-of-law development and healthy growth of international Chinese language education, thereby elevating the global influence of the Chinese language.
