火针配合中药治疗带状疱疹、后遗症、并发症医案3例

Three Medical Cases of Treating Herpes Zoster, Its Sequela, and Complications with Fire Needle Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 带状疱疹是由水痘–带状疱疹病毒引起的急性皮肤病。主要表现为簇集性疱疹，并伴有疼痛，年龄愈大，神经痛愈重。若治疗不当，患者会出现疱疹后遗神经痛，表现为跳动性刺痛，疼痛部位有发热感，疼痛夜间加剧。刘维君主任医师采用火针配合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗带状疱疹神经痛，配合止痛如神汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，配合牵正散加减治疗带状疱疹并发面神经麻痹，疗效显著。现将老师治疗带状疱疹、后遗症及并发面神经麻痹三例医案整理如下。

Abstract: Herpes zoster is an acute skin disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus, primarily characterized by clustered herpes lesions accompanied by pain, with severity of neuralgia increasing with age. Improper treatment may lead to postherpetic neuralgia, manifesting as throbbing, stabbing pain with localized heat sensation and nocturnal exacerbation. Chief Physician Liu Weijun achieved significant efficacy by employing fire needle therapy combined with modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction for herpes zoster neuralgia, modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction for postherpetic neuralgia, and modified Qianzheng San for herpes zoster complicated by facial paralysis. This article presents three medical cases of treating herpes zoster, its sequela, and concurrent facial paralysis.
