初中生法治观念培养的教学评一体化路径构建——以八下《道德与法治》“公民权利”模块为例
Construction of an Integrated Path for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment in Cultivating Legal Awareness among Junior High School Students—A Case Study of the “Civil Rights” Module in Grade 8 Morality and Rule of Law
摘要: 法治观念作为初中道德与法治课程要培养的核心素养之一,对促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。本文以培养中学生法治观念为目标,以“教学评”一体化理念为指导,以“公民权利”模块为具体案例,探析其一体化构建路径。文章首先阐释法治观念下“教学评”一体化的内涵与特征,进而分析其在法治教育中的价值意蕴,最后从“目标导向、活动承载、评价驱动”三个维度,系统构建“以评促学、以评促教”的实施路径,并进一步从教师培训、大班额评价实施、学生差异支持等方面提出课堂落地的可行性策略,旨在实现“教–学–评”的良性闭环,以提升法治教育的实效性、促进学生法治观念的内化与自觉践行。
Abstract: As one of the core competencies to be cultivated in the junior high school Morality and Rule of Law curriculum, legal awareness is of great significance in promoting students’ holistic development. Aiming to foster legal awareness among middle school students and guided by the concept of integrating teaching, learning, and assessment, this paper explores the construction of an integrated path using the “Civil Rights” module as a specific case study. The article first clarifies the connotation and characteristics of the integration of teaching, learning, and assessment within the framework of legal awareness, then analyzes its value and implications in legal education. Finally, from the three dimensions of “goal orientation, activity implementation, and assessment drive”, it systematically constructs an implementation path that “uses assessment to promote learning and teaching”, and further proposes feasible classroom strategies in terms of teacher training, assessment implementation in large-sized classes, and support for student diversity. This approach aims to achieve a virtuous cycle of “teaching-learning-assessment”, enhance the effectiveness of legal education and facilitate the internalization and conscious practice of students’ legal awareness.
