高校思想政治教育实效性提升路径研究——以西北民族大学为例
A Study on the Path to Enhance the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Institutions—Taking Northwest University for Nationalities as an Example
摘要: 全国教育大会上明确要求“打造民族团结进步教育载体”的指示精神在全国高校思想政治教育中已得到普遍遵循,当前教育实践虽在政策保障、活动开展及成果体现等方面取得成效,但仍存在实践形式单一、资源不足、评估体系不完善等问题。西北民族大学通过开展民族文化体验、主题调研等多样化实践活动并结合现代教育技术,丰富教育形式;从师资培训、经费投入、实践基地建设入手强化资源保障;构建涵盖认同感与行为表现的多元评估体系,建立动态反馈机制;同时借助社会宣传、社区参与及家校合作,形成协同育人的社会环境。西北民族大学以多维整合的实践路径有效推动思想政治意识的认知建构与价值内化,为新时代高校民族团结教育提供理论参考与实践范式。
Abstract: The spirit of the National Education Conference’s directive to “build carriers for education on ethnic unity and progress” has been widely followed in ideological and political education in higher education institutions nationwide. While current educational practices have achieved results in policy support, activity implementation, and outcome manifestation, problems remain, including a lack of diverse practical forms, insufficient resources, and an imperfect evaluation system. Northwest University for Nationalities enriches its educational forms by conducting diverse practical activities such as ethnic cultural experiences and thematic research, combined with modern educational technology; strengthens resource support through teacher training, financial investment, and the construction of practical bases; constructs a multi-dimensional evaluation system covering identity and behavioral performance, and establishes a dynamic feedback mechanism; and simultaneously leverages social publicity, community participation, and home-school cooperation to create a collaborative educational environment. Northwest University for Nationalities effectively promotes the cognitive construction and value internalization of ideological and political consciousness through a multi-dimensional integrated practical path, providing theoretical reference and practical paradigms for ethnic unity education in higher education institutions in the new era.
