数字经济驱动下跨境电商企业的发展困境与教育协同路径研究
Research on the Development Predicament of Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises Driven by the Digital Economy and the Collaborative Path of Education
摘要: 在数字经济快速发展的背景下,跨境电商成为我国参与全球价值链重塑、培育外贸新动能的重要力量,但在高质量发展过程中,人才教育支撑不足引发的结构性困境日益凸显。本文在梳理数字经济、跨境电商与职业教育相关研究的基础上,从企业人才需求视角出发,系统分析由教育适配滞后导致的数字技术应用人才匮乏、跨境合规素养不足、供应链协同专业人才短缺以及数字营销复合型人才缺失四大现实问题,揭示教育体系与企业需求脱节的内在成因与相互影响机制。在此基础上,提出从构建跨境电商特色教育体系、强化校企协同育人机制、完善人才分层培养路径以及优化教育评价与赋能体系等方面协同发力的对策路径。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy, cross-border e-commerce has become an important force for China to participate in the reshaping of the global value chain and cultivate new drivers of foreign trade. However, in the process of high-quality development, the structural predicament caused by insufficient support from talent education has become increasingly prominent. Based on a review of research related to the digital economy, cross-border e-commerce and vocational education, this article, from the perspective of enterprise talent demands, systematically analyzes four major practical problems caused by the lag in educational adaptation: the shortage of digital technology application talents, the insufficiency of cross-border compliance literacy, the shortage of supply chain collaboration professionals, and the lack of digital marketing compound talents. Reveal the internal causes and mutual influence mechanisms of the disconnection between the education system and the demands of enterprises. On this basis, countermeasures and paths are proposed to make concerted efforts in aspects such as building a characteristic education system for cross-border e-commerce, strengthening the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, improving the hierarchical talent cultivation path, and optimizing the education evaluation and empowerment system.
