电子商务背景下碧螺春茶销售困境与对策

摘要: 在电子商务快速发展的背景下,碧螺春茶虽具备独特的品质优势与深厚的历史文化底蕴,但在线上销售中仍面临多重困境。本文以碧螺春茶为研究对象,综合运用文献分析与案例研究方法,系统剖析其在电商环境中的销售难题。研究发现,主要困境集中体现在三个方面:一是产品质量把控难,表现为茶叶新鲜度难以保障、正宗性鉴别困难,消费者信任度受限;二是品牌建设滞后,线上知名度提升困难,品牌形象缺乏差异化传播;三是物流配送存在运输安全风险与配送时效不足等问题。针对上述挑战,本文提出相应对策:通过建立全流程质量检测体系并采用真空、充氮等先进保鲜包装技术,保障产品品质;借助社交媒体、直播带货等新兴营销手段,强化品牌故事传播,提升品牌影响力;通过与专业冷链物流合作、优化全国仓储布局,提升配送效率与安全性。最后,以苏州市吴中区东山电子商务产业园为案例,验证了上述对策在实际应用中的可行性与有效性。研究表明,通过整合质量、品牌与物流的系统性策略,可有效突破碧螺春茶在电子商务环境中的销售瓶颈,为其可持续发展提供路径参考,也为其他地理标志农产品的数字化转型提供借鉴。
Abstract: Under the backdrop of rapid e-commerce development, although Biluochun tea possesses unique quality characteristics and profound cultural heritage, it still faces multiple challenges in online sales. Taking Biluochun tea as the research subject, this paper systematically analyzes its sales dilemmas in the e-commerce context through literature review and case study methods. The main challenges are identified in three aspects: difficulty in quality control, including freshness preservation and authenticity identification, leading to limited consumer trust; weak brand building, with low online visibility and insufficient brand image differentiation; and logistics and distribution problems, such as transportation safety risks and delayed delivery. To address these issues, corresponding countermeasures are proposed: establishing a full-process quality inspection system and adopting advanced packaging technologies such as vacuum and nitrogen filling to maintain product freshness; leveraging social media, live streaming, and short videos to enhance brand storytelling and awareness; and collaborating with professional cold-chain logistics providers and optimizing warehouse distribution to improve delivery efficiency and safety. The case of Dongshan e-commerce Industrial Park in Suzhou is used to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of these strategies. The study indicates that an integrated approach combining quality, branding, and logistics can effectively overcome the sales bottlenecks of Biluochun tea in the e-commerce era, providing a practical pathway for its sustainable development and offering valuable insights for the digital transformation of other geographically indicated agricultural products.
