Research Progress on Somatic Symptom Management of Stroke Patients

摘要: 本文系统综述了脑卒中躯体活动症状的评估工具、管理模式及综合干预措施。结合神经功能缺损、运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动等多个维度，采用标准化工具进行动态监测。强调多学科协作，整合早期康复训练、心理支持与情绪调适以及面向患者与照护者的系统健康教育管理，以实现个体化、全程化的症状管理。未来研究需关注长期疗效评价、人工智能辅助康复及中西医结合康复模式的深化，以构建连续照护体系，进一步提升脑卒中康复管理的科学性与有效性。

Abstract: This article provides a systematic review of assessment tools, management models, and comprehensive intervention measures for stroke somatic activity symptoms. By integrating multiple dimensions such as neurological deficits, motor function, balance ability, and activities of daily living, standardized tools are employed for dynamic monitoring. It emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, integrating early rehabilitation training, psychological support, emotional adjustment, and systematic health education management for both patients and caregivers to achieve individualized and continuous symptom management. Future research should focus on evaluating long-term efficacy, exploring artificial intelligence-assisted rehabilitation, and deepening the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation models. These efforts aim to establish a hospital-community-home continuum of care system, further enhancing the scientific validity and effectiveness of stroke rehabilitation management.
