摘要: 在乡村发展进程中,涉农企业作为连接农业生产与市场消费的关键纽带,其营销与管理模式的有效性直接关系到产业活力与经济效能。本文聚焦涉农企业营销与管理创新,从品牌建设、渠道拓展、模式优化等维度解析营销创新路径,结合品牌定位理论、整合营销传播理论等构建分析框架;从成本控制、风险防控、人力资源、利益联结等层面探讨管理创新策略,运用作业成本法、风险分散理论等支撑论证。通过理论与实践逻辑的结合,揭示涉农企业创新的内在机理,为提升企业市场竞争力、推动农业产业升级提供思路。
Abstract: In the process of rural development, agricultural-related enterprises, as the key link connecting agricultural production and market consumption, their marketing and management models’ effectiveness directly affects industrial vitality and economic efficiency. This paper focuses on the marketing and management innovation of agricultural-related enterprises, analyzing the marketing innovation paths from dimensions such as brand building, channel expansion, and model optimization, and constructing an analytical framework by combining brand positioning theory and integrated marketing communication theory. It also explores management innovation strategies from aspects such as cost control, risk prevention and control, human resources, and interest connection, and supports the argumentation with activity-based costing method and risk diversification theory. Through the combination of theoretical and practical logic, it reveals the internal mechanism of innovation in agricultural-related enterprises, providing ideas for enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the upgrading of the agricultural industry.
