大学生外貌焦虑与自杀意念的关系：心理痛苦与抑郁的链式中介作用

摘要: 为探究外貌焦虑对大学生自杀意念的影响及心理痛苦、抑郁的链式中介效应，采用社交外貌焦虑量表、心理痛苦量表、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)及自杀意念量表，对全国范围内541名大学生进行线上问卷调查。结果显示：1) 外貌焦虑正向预测自杀意念；2) 心理痛苦和抑郁在外貌焦虑和自杀意念之间分别起独立中介作用；3) 心理痛苦和抑郁在外貌焦虑和自杀意念之间起链式中介作用。结论：心理痛苦和抑郁在大学生外貌焦虑与自杀意念间扮演链式中介的角色，降低心理痛苦与抑郁水平或为缓解外貌焦虑引发的自杀意念风险提供干预方向。
Abstract: To examine the association between appearance anxiety and suicidal ideation among college students, as well as the chain mediating effect of psychological distress and depression, this study distributed an online questionnaire to 541 college students nationwide. Measures included the Social Appearance Anxiety Scale, Psychological Distress Scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), and Suicidal Ideation Scale. Results indicated that: 1) Appearance anxiety positively predicts suicidal ideation; 2) Psychological distress and depression each play an independent mediating role between appearance anxiety and suicidal ideation; 3) Psychological distress and depression exert a chain mediating effect between appearance anxiety and suicidal ideation. Conclusion: Psychological distress and depression function as a chain mediating pathway connecting appearance anxiety to suicidal ideation in college students. Targeted reductions in psychological distress and depression may thus represent a promising intervention strategy for mitigating suicidal ideation risk associated with appearance concerns.
