基于混合式教学的军医大学本科生第二课堂建设与实践
The Construction and Practice of the Blended Learning-Based Second Classroom for Undergraduates in Military Medical University
摘要: 第二课堂是军医大学本科学员培养的重要载体,而在第二课堂建设中如何精准对接学生个性化发展需求、如何高效提升学员综合素质是一个尚待解决的难题。研究首先通过问卷与座谈,发现提升科研素养是学员参与第二课堂的核心需求,而线上线下相结合是其偏好的学习模式。据此,本研究探索构建并实践了一套以科研素养形成为核心、以混合式教学为模式的第二课堂育人体系并展开实践,有效解决了学员课业繁重、时间碎片化与深度参与科研实践之间的矛盾。实践结果表明,该模式取得了显著成效:学员整体满意度高,在课题申报与科创竞赛中获得多项资助和奖励。本研究证实,以学生需求为中心、以混合式教学为路径的第二课堂,能有效提升学员的科研知识、实践能力与职业使命感,实现了知识、能力、素质三位一体的育人目标,为同类院校提供了有价值的参考。
Abstract: The second classroom serves as a crucial vehicle for the training of undergraduate cadets at military medical universities. However, how to precisely align its development with students’ personalized needs while efficiently enhancing their overall competence remains a key challenge to be addressed. This study first identified through questionnaires and seminars that enhancing research literacy is the core demand of cadets for participating in the second classroom, with a blended online-offline model being their preferred learning mode. Accordingly, this research explored, constructed, and implemented a second-classroom educational system centered on fostering research literacy through a blended learning model, effectively resolving the contradiction between cadets’ heavy academic workload, fragmented time, and the need for in-depth participation in research practice. The practical results demonstrate significant success: cadets reported high overall satisfaction and secured multiple grants and awards in project applications and innovation competitions. This study confirms that a student-centered second classroom that leverages blended learning as a pathway can effectively enhance cadets’ research knowledge, practical skills, and sense of professional mission, thereby achieving the “three-in-one” educational goal of integrating knowledge, ability, and quality. It provides a valuable reference for similar institutions.
