药学专业多学科综合性实验的实施与成效

Implementation and Effectiveness of Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Experiments in Pharmacy

摘要: 为满足高素质药学人才培养需求，我们前期构建了药学专业多学科综合性实验并在药学本科学生中先行实施。本文探讨了多学科综合性实验的实施策略并进行效果评价。结果显示，多学科综合性实验能有效提升学生的跨学科知识整合、实践创新及团队协作能力，同时推动教师拓展跨学科教学视野、增强教学创新与深度指导能力。

Abstract: To meet the demand for cultivating high-quality pharmaceutical talents, we previously constructed a multidisciplinary comprehensive experiment for the pharmacy major and first implemented it among undergraduate pharmacy students. This paper explores the implementation strategies of multidisciplinary comprehensive experiments and conducts an effect evaluation. The results show that multidisciplinary comprehensive experiments can effectively improve students’ abilities in interdisciplinary knowledge integration, practical innovation and team collaboration, while promoting teachers to expand their interdisciplinary teaching horizons and enhance their teaching innovation and in-depth guidance capabilities.
