“Z世代”大学生法律意识新特征及其思想政治教育精准应对研究

Research on the New Characteristics of Legal Consciousness of “Generation Z” College Students and the Targeted Response of Ideological and Political Education

摘要: 作为网络原住民的“Z世代”大学生，其法律意识呈现出显著的时代特征，对传统的高校思政教育提出了新的挑战与要求。文章旨在系统剖析“Z世代”大学生法律意识在认知来源、价值取向、互动方式和风险领域等方面的新特点，在此基础上，构建一个以“精准回应”为核心的思政教育创新体系。该体系倡导从“大水漫灌”转向“精准滴灌”，从单向灌输转向双向赋能，推动教育内容从“纸面”深入“心坎”，通过革新理念、重构内容、创新模式与聚合资源，有效引导“Z世代”大学生将法治知识内化为法治信仰，最终外化为自觉的法治行为，实现思政教育与法治教育协同育人的目标。

Abstract: As digital natives, “Generation Z” college students exhibit distinctive contemporary characteristics in their legal consciousness, presenting new challenges and demands to traditional ideological and political education in universities. This article aims to systematically analyze the new features of “Generation Z” students’ legal consciousness in terms of cognitive sources, value orientations, interactive modes, and risk domains. Building on this analysis, it constructs an innovative ideological and political education system centered on “targeted response”. This system advocates a shift from “flood irrigation” to “targeted drip irrigation”, from one-way indoctrination to two-way empowerment, and promotes the internalization of educational content from “paper” to “heart”. By reforming concepts, reconstructing content, innovating models, and aggregating resources, it effectively guides “Generation Z” students to internalize legal knowledge into belief in the rule of law and ultimately externalize it into conscious legal behavior, achieving the goal of collaborative education between ideological/political education and legal education.
