摘要: 在高质量发展驱动下，财政预算绩效管理体系的改革已成为推进经济社会可持续发展的关键举措之一。吉林省作为中国东北地区的重要省份，在财政预算绩效管理体系改革中进行了积极探索。本文通过深入探讨吉林省财政预算绩效管理体系改革的内容与实施路径，分析其在推动高质量发展中的作用，并提出相应的建议与对策，为其他地区提供借鉴。

Abstract: Driven by high-quality development, the reform of the fiscal budget performance management system has become one of the key measures to promote the sustainable economic and social development. As an important province in Northeast China, Jilin Province has actively explored the reform of its fiscal budget performance management system. This paper deeply discusses the content and implementation path of the reform of Jilin Province’s fiscal budget performance management system, analyzes its role in promoting high-quality development, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to provide reference for other regions.
