Exploring Strategies for Positive Possible Self to Learning Burnout among High School Students
摘要: 本文的核心目的是深入分析高中阶段学生学习倦怠的现状,识别他们在学习过程中遇到的具体问题,并从多角度客观分析导致学习倦怠的原因。通过这一研究为学生提供减少学习倦怠的有效策略,从而提升他们的心理健康和学习效率。本文从学习倦怠的现状和原因出发,探究积极可能自我对缓解学习倦怠的重要性和作用。通过分析学习倦怠是多种因素相互作用的结果,旨在为高中阶段的学习过程提供相关研究途径,并为老师和家长提供确切可行的教育方式。有效地帮助学生减少学习倦怠,并为他们提供有效支持,从而提高他们的自我效能感和心理健康水平,这不仅有助于学生个人的发展,也为教育工作者和家长提供了实际的教育策略。
Abstract: The core purpose of this article is to deeply analyze the current situation of high school students’ learning burnout, identify the specific problems they encounter in the learning process, and objectively analyze the reasons for learning burnout from multiple perspectives. This study provides effective strategies for students to reduce learning burnout, thereby improving their mental health and learning efficiency. Starting from the current situation and causes of learning burnout, this article explores the importance and role of a positive possible self in alleviating learning burnout. By analyzing that learning burnout is the result of the interaction of multiple factors, the aim is to provide relevant research avenues for the learning process in high school and to provide teachers and parents with accurate and feasible educational methods. Effectively helping students reduce learning burnout and providing them with effective support to improve their self-efficacy and mental health not only contributes to their personal development, but also provides practical educational strategies for educators and parents.
