企业数字化转型对制造业企业创新效率影响研究

Research on the Impact of Corporate Digital Transformation on Innovation Efficiency of Manufacturing Firms

摘要: 以2013~2022年沪深A股制造业公司为研究对象，探讨企业数字化转型程度与企业创新效率之间的关系。研究结果表明：企业数字化转型能显著提升企业的创新效率，且该结论在替换解释变量后仍稳健成立。本文进一步研究在地区不同跨境电子商务发展水平和数据要素发展水平下的调节作用和异质性检验，结论表明在电商渗透率水平和数据要素发展水平调节下会对企业创新产生抑制，低电子商务发展水平和低数据要素发展水平反而能强化企业数字化转型对企业创新效率的促进作用。因此，应在不同外部数据环境下对地区企业进行差异化的数字化扶持，提升数字环境成熟地区下企业的创新边际效益。

Abstract: Using manufacturing firms listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2013 to 2022 as the research sample, this study examines the relationship between the degree of enterprise digital transformation and innovation efficiency. The empirical results indicate that digital transformation significantly enhances firms’ innovation efficiency, and this conclusion remains robust after replacing the key explanatory variables. Furthermore, the study investigates the moderating effects and heterogeneity under different levels of regional cross-border e-commerce development and data factor development. The findings reveal that higher levels of e-commerce penetration and data factor development suppress the positive innovation effects of digital transformation, whereas lower levels of these external digital conditions amplify the innovation-enhancing impact of digital transformation. Accordingly, the study suggests implementing differentiated digital-support policies for firms across regions with varying external digital environments, so as to improve the marginal innovation benefits of enterprises operating in more mature digital ecosystems.
