AI赋能人力资源管理教学创新路径研究
Exploring AI-Driven Pedagogical Innovation in Human Resource Management Education
摘要: 随着人工智能(AI)技术在企业管理领域的广泛应用,人力资源管理(Human Resource Management, HRM)课程面临着内容更新滞后、教学工具单一、理论与实践脱节等多重挑战。为适应数字经济时代的人才培养需求,亟需在高校层面探索基于AI赋能的教学创新模式。为适应AI时代的人才培养需求,亟需在高校层面探索基于AI赋能的教学创新模式。本文通过文献研究、课程调研与典型案例分析,总结了当前HRM教学的五项主要困境:教学工具传统化、课程内容老旧化、理论教学实践脱节、实践教学深度不足、启发式学习弱化。基于技术赋能、内容赋能与模式赋能三重逻辑,本文提出五条教学创新路径,包括:更新教学理念、构建智能化教学平台、强化师资数字素养、丰富数字化教学资源库、推进实践教学与案例教学融合。研究认为,AI技术能够提升教学互动性、真实情境性与职业适应性,是推动HRM教学改革的重要驱动力,为高校培养数字化时代复合型人力资源人才提供了有效路径。
Abstract: With the widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in corporate management, Human Resource Management (HRM) courses are confronting multiple challenges, including lagging content updates, a limited repertoire of teaching tools, and a growing disconnect between theory and practice. To meet talent-development demands in the digital economy era, higher education institutions urgently need to explore AI-enabled models of teaching innovation. Drawing on a literature review, course investigations, and analyses of representative cases, this study identifies five major dilemmas in current HRM teaching: the persistence of traditional teaching tools, outdated course content, a disjunction between theoretical instruction and practice, insufficient depth in practical training, and the weakening of heuristic (inquiry-based) learning. Guided by a threefold logic of technological empowerment, content empowerment, and pedagogical-model empowerment, the paper proposes five pathways for teaching innovation: renewing teaching philosophies, building intelligent teaching platforms, strengthening faculty digital literacy, enriching digital teaching resource repositories, and promoting the integration of practical teaching with case-based instruction. The study concludes that AI can enhance instructional interactivity, situational authenticity, and occupational adaptability, serving as an important driver of HRM teaching reform and offering an effective pathway for cultivating digitally proficient, interdisciplinary HR talent in universities.
