师范认证背景下高校教学质量提升策略研究

摘要: 文章研究了师范认证对高校课程教学质量的影响,并探讨了在这一背景下提升教学质量的策略。本文首先分析了师范认证的核心标准和要求,明确了提升教学质量的必要性。在此基础上,提出了一系列针对性的教学质量提升策略。首先,强调转变教师的教学理念,重视师范认证对课程教学系统化的引领,以确保教学内容与认证标准的高度契合。其次,创新课程教学方法,重视学生的主体地位,通过引入学生中心的教学方法、强化实践教学等手段,激发学生的学习动力和创新精神。同时,优化教学质量评价体系,确保评价结果与师范认证标准的一致性,并通过反馈机制引导教师持续改进教学。
Abstract: This paper studies the impact of teacher accreditation on the teaching quality of college courses, and discusses the strategies to improve the teaching quality in this context. This paper first analyzes the core standards and requirements of teacher certification, and clarifies the necessity of improving the quality of teaching. On this basis, a series of targeted teaching quality improvement strategies was proposed. First of all, it emphasizes the transformation of teachers’ teaching philosophy and attaches importance to the systematic guidance of teacher certification on curriculum teaching, so as to ensure that the teaching content is highly consistent with the certification standards. Secondly, it innovates curriculum teaching methods, attaches importance to the main position of students, and stimulates students’ learning motivation and innovative spirit by introducing student-centered teaching methods and strengthening practical teaching. At the same time, the teaching quality evaluation system is optimized to ensure the consistency of the evaluation results with the teacher certification standards, and the feedback mechanism guides teachers to continuously improve teaching.
