OBE导向下应用型本科经管类课程项目式教学模式创新与路径优化
OBE-Oriented Innovation and Path Optimization of Project-Based Teaching for Applied Undergraduate Economics and Management Courses
摘要: 新一轮的产业和科技革命正在加速推进,经济、科技等发展内容呈现出全球化趋势,经济发展方式也在发生转变,增长动力转换为创新驱动。高素质人才是实现创新驱动的关键。应用型本科院校定位服务地方产业,培养当地产业需求的应用型人才。但目前应用型本科院校经管类课程仍然采用传统的教学模式,无法满足数字经济时代对经管类人才培养的需求。本文紧扣OBE (成果导向教育)理念的核心要义,深度挖掘项目式教学在实践赋能、素养培育、目标达成中的天然优势,诊断应用型本科经管类课程的人才培养痛点,构建“成果导向–反向设计–闭环迭代”的项目式教学新模式,提出目标、项目、实施、评价、保障五大维度的优化路径,为应用型本科经管类课程教学改革提供实操参考。
Abstract: The new round of industrial and technological revolution is accelerating, with economic, scientific and technological developments showing a global trend. The economic development mode is also transforming, with growth drivers shifting to innovation-driven. High-quality talents are the key to realizing innovation-driven development. Applied undergraduate universities are positioned to serve local industries and cultivate applied talents meeting the needs of local industrial development. However, the economics and management courses in current applied undergraduate universities still adopt traditional teaching models, which fail to meet the talent training requirements in the digital economy era. Focusing on the core essence of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept, this paper deeply explores the inherent advantages of project-based teaching in practice empowerment, literacy cultivation and goal achievement, identifies the pain points in talent training of economics and management courses in applied undergraduate universities, constructs a new project-based teaching model of “outcome orientation - reverse design - closed-loop iteration”, and proposes optimization paths from five dimensions: goals, projects, implementation, evaluation and guarantee. It provides practical reference for the teaching reform of economics and management courses in applied undergraduate universities.
