A Case of Diabetes Mellitus with Neurogenic Bladder Treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pills Combined with Zishen Tongguan Pills

摘要: 糖尿病神经源性膀胱又称无力性膀胱，属于一种糖尿病自主神经功能紊乱的疾病，以排尿异常为主要症状，其发病机制尚不明确，现代医学通常以手术治疗或保守干预治疗为主，中医药在缓解症状及延缓病情进展方面具有独到优势。该病病机可总括为本虚标实，具体而言，即以虚为本，因虚致实，终致虚实互为因果、缠绵难愈。文章记录并分析张佩青教授应用金匮肾气丸合滋肾通关丸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱尿潴留验案一则，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Diabetic neurogenic bladder, also known as atonic bladder, is a disease resulting from autonomic nerve dysfunction in diabetes, with abnormal urination as the main symptom. Its pathogenesis remains unclear. Modern medicine usually treats it with surgery or conservative intervention. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in alleviating symptoms and delaying the progression of the disease. The pathogenesis of this disease can be summarized as deficiency at the root and excess at the surface. Specifically, deficiency is the root cause, which leads to excess, and eventually deficiency and excess become mutually causal and difficult to cure. This article records and analyzes a verified case of Professor Zhang Peiqing using Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with Zishen Tongguan Pill to treat urinary retention in diabetic neurogenic bladder, with the aim of providing a reference for clinical treatment.
