摘要: 高职跨境电商B2B实训“场景脱节、资源滞后、个性化不足、创新薄弱”的现实困境,本文以产教融合与创新创业为双视角,结合生成式AI技术特性,构建“生成式AI技术驱动 + 教学模式创新驱动”的“双轮”实训教学模式,系统梳理生成式AI在职业教育中的应用逻辑与跨境电商B2B实训需求,设计“四阶递进式实训流程”与“产教融合”,通过该机制的教学模式有效提升学生的数字化技能、B2B专业能力与创新创业素养,为高职跨境电商专业实训教学改革提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: The practical dilemma of B2B training in cross-border e-commerce in higher vocational education lies in the disconnection of scenarios, lagging resources, insufficient personalization, and weak innovation. This article takes the integration of industry and education and innovation and entrepreneurship as the dual perspectives, and combines the characteristics of generative AI technology to construct a “dual wheel” training teaching mode of “generative AI technology driven + teaching mode innovation driven”. The application logic of generative AI in vocational education and the needs of B2B training in cross-border e-commerce are systematically sorted out, and a “four-step progressive training process” and “three-element collaborative education mechanism” are designed. Through this teaching mode, students’ digital skills, B2B professional abilities, and innovation and entrepreneurship literacy are effectively improved, providing theoretical reference and practical path for the reform of cross-border e-commerce professional training teaching in higher vocational education.
