从“种草”到“育土”:一种正念导向的电商社群化发展新模式
From “Seed-Planting” to “Soil-Cultivating”: A Mindfulness-Oriented New Model for E-Commerce Community Development
摘要: 随着“后流量时代”的到来,以刺激冲动消费为核心的电商社群“种草”模式已陷入困境,其导致的信息超载、消费焦虑与信任危机日益凸显。本文提出从“种草”到“育土”的范式转向,旨在构建一种以正念理念为核心的新型电商社群发展模式。研究通过构建“理念–机制–路径”的三段式分析框架,系统阐释“育土”模式如何通过植入正念的“觉察”、“非评判”与“深度连接”三大核心理念,重塑社群的内容生成、互动激励与治理机制,从而培育一个健康、可信且可持续的社群生态。本文进而从平台、品牌与消费者三方面,论证了实现这一转向的具体路径,旨在为电商平台超越短期流量竞争、构建长期的用户信任与价值共同体,提供创新的理论视角与实践指南。
Abstract: As the “post-traffic era” unfolds, the “seed-planting” model in e-commerce communities, which primarily stimulates impulsive consumption, has reached an impasse, increasingly leading to information overload, consumer anxiety, and a crisis of trust. This paper proposes a paradigm shift from “seed-planting” to “soil-cultivating”, aiming to construct a new e-commerce community development model centered around the concept of mindfulness. By establishing a three-stage analytical framework of “concept-mechanism-pathway”, this study systematically explains how the “soil-cultivating” model, through integrating the core mindfulness principles of “awareness”, “non-judgment”, and “deep connection”, can reshape the community’s content generation, interaction incentives, and governance mechanisms, thereby fostering a healthy, trustworthy, and sustainable community ecosystem. Furthermore, the paper outlines specific pathways for implementing this shift from the perspectives of platforms, brands, and consumers, aiming to provide innovative theoretical insights and practical guidance for e-commerce platforms to transcend short-term traffic competition and build long-term user trust and a value-based community.
