地方外语院校区域国别学人才培养问题与对策研究
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Regional and Country Studies Talent Cultivation in Local Foreign Language Colleges
摘要: 随着区域国别学被列为一级学科,相关人才培养的显性地位日趋增强。地方外语院校凭借语言教学积淀与国际化办学传统,已成为区域国别学研究生培养的重要基地。然而,当前地方外语院校在本科区域国别学人才培养中则面临学科体系不完善、跨文化能力培养路径单一、区域特色融入不足等挑战,导致人才培养与社会需求之间存在结构性矛盾。本研究通过文献研究、案例分析与实证调查,系统梳理了国内外区域国别学人才培养模式的理论与实践进展。选取大连外国语大学等7所院校作为代表性地方外语院校,通过对相关学科师生的访谈数据诊断问题并提出对策。结合地方外语院校的特定资源禀赋与发展需求,构建了包含顶层设计、跨学科课程体系、实践教学与产学研合作的三维人才培养框架。
Abstract: With regional studies being recognized as a first-level discipline, the prominence of related talent cultivation has been increasingly enhanced. Local foreign language universities, leveraging their accumulated language teaching experience and internationalized educational traditions, have become important bases for postgraduate training in regional studies. However, local foreign language universities currently face challenges in undergraduate regional studies talent cultivation, including an incomplete disciplinary system, a singular approach to cultivating intercultural competence, and insufficient integration of regional characteristics, leading to a structural contradiction between talent cultivation and societal needs. This study systematically reviews the theoretical and practical progress of regional studies talent cultivation models both domestically and internationally through literature review, case analysis, and empirical investigation. Seven universities, including Dalian University of Foreign Languages, were selected as representative local foreign language universities. Problems were diagnosed and countermeasures were proposed based on interview data with faculty and students in related disciplines. Combining the specific resource endowments and development needs of local foreign language universities, a three-dimensional talent cultivation framework was constructed, encompassing top-level design, an interdisciplinary curriculum system, practical teaching, and industry-academia-research collaboration.
