中小企业数字化转型的挑战及对策研究

摘要: 数字化转型是国家重点推动的战略，也是中小企业实现升级的关键路径。近年来，国家大力支持数字经济的发展。本文旨在探讨我国中小企业在数字化转型过程中遇到的挑战，并提出应对策略。研究发现，中小企业在数字化认知、人才支持和数据安全等方面存在不足。针对这些问题，本文提出了提升数字化意识、加强人才培养、强化数据安全等建议，以助力中小企业实现高质量的持续增长。

Abstract: Digital transformation is a key strategy promoted by the state, and it is also the key path for small and medium-sized enterprises to upgrade. In recent years, the state has strongly supported the development of the digital economy. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the challenges faced by China’s small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation, and put forward countermeasures. It is found that small and medium-sized enterprises have shortcomings in digital cognition, talent support and data security. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as enhancing digital awareness, strengthening personnel training and strengthening data security, to help small and medium-sized enterprises achieve high-quality sustainable growth.
