序贯式教学与问题导向情景模拟相结合模式在专科培训医生结肠镜教学中的应用效果评价

摘要: 结肠镜检查作为结直肠癌早期筛查与干预的核心技术,其操作医师的培养质量直接关系到公共卫生服务质量。当前国内结肠镜医师的培养体系,较多沿袭传统的导师制传承模式,在规范化程度和培训效能方面存在提升空间,难以充分适应日益增长的临床诊疗要求。为应对培训中面临的临床场景真实性不足、动态决策能力培养欠缺及反馈机制不够完善等挑战,本研究依托长海医院肛肠外科诊疗中心的实践基础,探索构建了“分阶段递进培训”结合“临床问题情景化演练”的创新教学模式。实践表明,该模式切实优化了培训成效。
Abstract: As a core technology for early screening and intervention of colorectal cancer, the quality of training for physicians performing colonoscopy is directly related to the quality of public health services. Currently, the training system for domestic colonoscopy physicians mostly follows the traditional mentorship inheritance model, which has room for improvement in terms of standardization and training efficiency, making it difficult to fully meet the growing clinical diagnosis and treatment requirements. To address challenges in training, such as insufficient authenticity of clinical scenarios, lack of cultivation of dynamic decision-making capabilities, and inadequate feedback mechanisms, this study, based on the practical experience of the Anorectal Surgery Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Changhai Hospital, explored and constructed an innovative teaching model combining “phased progressive training” with “clinical problem situational drills”. Practice has shown that this model has effectively optimized training outcomes.
