摘要: 随着AI技术的发展,深刻影响着人们的学习、生活的各个方面,对教育领域的影响更是显著。在这样的背景下,AI助力大学生个性化指导成为高校就业教育重要的方向。本文探索利用AI技术,针对《职业生涯发展和就业指导》课程中的学生个性化需求难满足、资源滞后、教师AI能力弱、评价体系单一等问题,提出“采集个性特征–丰富教学资源–提高教师AI水平–落实多元评价”的教育路径。通过整合多平台数据,建立学生数字画像,了解学生个性化特点;利用AI技术动态更新教学内容和丰富更多典型职业案例库;创新教师培训模式,提升教师AI素养;构建学生自评、AI评估和教师评价的三方协同评估体系。旨在推动课程从标准化向个性化转型,为高校的个性化就业教育提供可参考的教学改革案例,增强学生职业竞争力和终身发展能力。
Abstract: With the development of AI technology, it has profoundly influenced various aspects of people’s learning and life, and its impact on the education field is particularly significant. In this context, AI-assisted personalized guidance for college students has become an important direction in university career education. This paper explores the use of AI technology to address the issues of insufficient satisfaction of students’ individualized needs, lagging resources, weak AI capabilities of teachers, and the single evaluation system in the “Career Development and Employment Guidance” course. It proposes an educational path of “Collecting individual characteristics, Enriching teaching resources, Enhancing teachers’ AI proficiency, Implementing diverse evaluations”. By integrating data from multiple platforms, a digital portrait of students is established to understand their individual characteristics; using AI technology to update teaching content and enrich more typical career case libraries; innovating teacher training models to enhance teachers’ AI literacy; and constructing a tripartite collaborative evaluation system of self-evaluation by students, AI assessment, and teacher evaluation. The aim is to promote the transformation of the course from standardization to individualization, providing a reference teaching reform case for university personalized career education guidance, and enhancing students’ career competitiveness and lifelong development ability.
