普惠金融赋能农村电商发展——基于省域淘宝村数量的实证剖析
Empowering Rural E-Commerce Development through Inclusive Finance—An Empirical Analysis Based on the Number of Provincial-Level Taobao Village
摘要: 随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,普惠金融与农村电商已成为激活农村经济活力的关键力量。本文以2014~2022年中国28个省份为研究样本,聚焦普惠金融对农村电商发展的促进作用,构建多元线性回归模型展开实证分析。实证结果显示:其一,普惠金融发展能显著促进农村电商规模扩张;其二,普惠金融对中西部地区农村电商的促进效应显著强于东部地区,主要源于在普惠金融发展水平已然较高的东部地区,新增金融服务的边际产出可能相对有限;研究不仅丰富了普惠金融与农村电商互动关系的理论研究,也为政策实践提供了参考:应进一步完善农村普惠金融政策体系,加大对中西部地区的金融资源倾斜,创新“普惠金融 + 农村电商”融合产品,以更好地发挥二者协同助力乡村振兴的作用。
Abstract: With the deepening implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, inclusive finance and rural e-commerce have emerged as pivotal forces in activating rural economic vitality. This paper, utilizing panel data from 28 Chinese provinces between 2014 and 2022, focuses on the facilitating role of inclusive finance in the development of rural e-commerce and constructs a multiple linear regression model for empirical analysis. The empirical findings reveal that: firstly, the development of inclusive finance significantly promotes the expansion of rural e-commerce scale; secondly, the promoting effect of inclusive finance on rural e-commerce in the central and western regions is markedly stronger than that in the eastern region, primarily attributable to the potentially diminishing marginal output of additional financial services in the eastern region, where inclusive finance has already reached a relatively advanced stage of development. This study not only enriches theoretical research on the interactive relationship between inclusive finance and rural e-commerce, but also offers insights for policy practice: it is imperative to further refine the policy system for rural inclusive finance, increase the allocation of financial resources to the central and western regions, and innovate integrated products combining “inclusive finance and rural e-commerce”, so as to better leverage their synergistic effects in supporting rural revitalization.
