技术赋能与模式创新:全球跨境电商的演进逻辑与未来发展路径探析
Technology Empowerment and Model Innovation: An Analysis of the Evolutionary Logic and Future Development Path of Global Cross-Border E-Commerce
摘要: 全球跨境贸易的兴起,是全世界经济和贸易发展中最具活力的外贸新业态。跨境电商的发展逻辑不是简单的传统贸易在线化,而是以数字技术及商业模式创新为基础的深层次变革。文章从产业整体出发,从“营销获客–成交履约–生态支撑”的角度,构建了全球跨境电商的产业分析框架,系统分析了数据智能、互联网支付、企业信息化、云计算等技术对跨境贸易过程和价值创造的影响,在此基础上分析了数字供应链集成、全链路数字化效率背景下,未来全球跨境贸易的趋势,如全域数智经营、社交内容电商全球化、绿色可持续等,以及对于数据安全、合规治理等非政治性问题的应对思路。文章最后总结认为,未来全球跨境贸易的竞争,将从流量竞争,演变成以技术为基础,以创新型模式为工具的国际生态竞争、全链路数字化效率竞争。
Abstract: The rise of global cross-border trade is the most dynamic new form of foreign trade in the world’s economic and trade development. The development logic of cross-border e-commerce is not simply the online transformation of traditional trade, but a deep-seated transformation based on digital technology and business model innovation. This article starts from the overall industry and constructs an industrial analysis framework for global cross-border e-commerce from the perspective of “marketing and customer acquisition - transaction and fulfillment - ecological support”. It systematically analyzes the impact of technologies such as data intelligence, internet payment, enterprise informatization, and cloud computing on the cross-border trade process and value creation. On this basis, it analyzes the future trends of global cross-border trade under the background of digital supply chain integration and full-chain digital efficiency, such as all-domain digital and intelligent operation, globalization of social content e-commerce, green sustainability, etc., as well as the response strategies for non-political issues such as data security and compliance governance. Finally, the article concludes that the competition in global cross-border trade in the future will evolve from traffic competition to international ecological competition and full-chain digital efficiency competition based on technology and innovative models.
