摘要: 新媒体时代为高校辅导员参与突发事件治理提供了全新契机。从理论支撑看,对国内外高校危机管理及角色管理研究进行系统梳理,并依托组织支持理论、角色理论搭建分析框架,可有效整合理论资源,为后续探讨提供科学的理论依据。从角色再定位看,辅导员既有机遇依托新媒体把握传播规律引导舆论、抢占信息制高点塑造叙事,也需应对厘清职业边界以化解角色认知偏差的挑战。对此,可从制度上优化权责与协同机制、沟通上分类构建应对体系、发展上完善职业支持与风险预防三方面探索路径。当前研究存在实证不足等局限,未来可围绕增强实证研究等方向深化,为实践提供更精准支撑。
Abstract: The era of new media provides college counselors with a brand-new opportunity to participate in the management of emergencies. From a theoretical support perspective, systematically reviewing domestic and international research on crisis management and role management in higher education, and building an analytical framework based on organizational support theory and role theory, can effectively integrate theoretical resources and provide a scientific basis for subsequent discussions. From the perspective of role repositioning, counselors not only have the opportunity to leverage new media to understand communication patterns, guide public opinion, and seize the informational high ground to shape narratives, but they also face the challenge of clarifying professional boundaries to resolve role perception biases. In response, pathways can be explored in three areas: optimizing rights, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms at the institutional level; building categorized response systems in terms of communication; and improving professional support and risk prevention in terms of development. Current research has limitations, such as insufficient empirical studies, and future work can focus on strengthening empirical research to provide more precise support for practice.
