人工智能视域下“FIRST”人才培养模式的理论研究与探索
Theoretical Research and Exploration of the “FIRST” Talent Training Model from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在教育领域的应用日益广泛,为人才培养模式的创新提供了新的机遇。本文聚焦于人工智能视域下的“FIRST”人才培养模式,以应用统计专业研究生培养为例,探讨该模式的理论可行性。通过分析当前研究生培养中存在的问题,结合人工智能技术的优势,提出“FIRST”模式的理论基础、实践路径及预期成效,旨在为应用统计专业研究生培养提供创新思路和实践参考。
Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in the field of education is becoming more and more widespread, providing new opportunities for the innovation of talent training models. This paper focuses on the “FIRST” talent training model from the perspective of artificial intelligence, and discusses the theoretical feasibility of this model by taking the training of graduate students majoring in applied statistics as an example. By analyzing the problems existing in the current postgraduate training and combining the advantages of artificial intelligence technology, this paper puts forward the theoretical basis, practical path and expected results of the “FIRST” model, aiming to provide innovative ideas and practical reference for the training of graduate students majoring in applied statistics.
