绘画疗法在留守儿童心理健康教育中的运用研究
Research on the Application of Art Therapy in the Mental Health Education of Left-Behind Children
摘要: 随着城镇化进程的加快,留守儿童的心理健康问题日益凸显,主要表现为孤独、自卑、敏感及行为偏差等。绘画疗法作为一种非言语表达与干预手段,在儿童心理辅导中具有独特优势。本研究通过分析当前绘画疗法在留守儿童心理健康教育应用中存在的主要问题,如教师专业理解不足、咨询关系建立困难、分析过程标准化与片面化、问诊方式不当等,进而提出系统性的优化策略。建议通过加强师资专业培训、深耕课堂教学主渠道、建立个体心理绘画成长档案及构建科学监督评价体系等途径,提升绘画疗法在留守儿童心理干预中的实效性,为其心理健康发展提供可持续的支持路径。
Abstract: With the accelerated process of urbanization, the mental health problems of left-behind children have become increasingly prominent, mainly manifesting in loneliness, low self-esteem, sensitivity, and behavioral deviations. As a nonverbal form of expression and intervention, art therapy holds unique advantages in psychological counseling for children. By examining the major issues currently present in the application of art therapy within the mental health education of left-behind children—such as insufficient professional understanding among teachers, difficulties in establishing a counseling relationship, overly standardized or one-sided analytical processes, and inappropriate diagnostic approaches—this study proposes a set of systematic optimization strategies. It recommends enhancing professional training for educators, strengthening the role of classroom teaching as the primary channel, establishing individual psychological art-based growth portfolios, and developing a scientific supervision and evaluation system. These measures aim to improve the effectiveness of art therapy in psychological interventions for left-behind children and provide a sustainable support pathway for their mental well-being.
