幼儿园讲师团组建模式与课程产品开发策略探究
Exploration on the Establishment Model of Kindergarten Lecturer Groups and the Development Strategy of Curriculum Products
摘要: 在学前教育高质量发展背景下,幼儿园讲师团的实效化组建与课程产品的针对性开发是破解教师实操困惑、提升教育实践质量的关键路径。本文以东莞市寮步镇中心幼儿园、东莞市寮步镇实验幼儿园实践为依托,基于主体性教育理论与团队建设理论,探索以“问题导向–任务认领–实践迭代”为核心的讲师团组建逻辑,针对专业领域、后勤管理、家庭教育三类讲师团,构建“困惑聚焦–精准研发–实操落地”的课程产品开发策略。研究表明,基于教师核心工作困惑的组建逻辑可精准对接教育实践需求,靶向性地开发策略能产出兼具实操性与针对性的课程产品,为幼儿园讲师团建设与园本课程资源开发提供全新实践参考。
Abstract: Against the background of the high-quality development of preschool education, the effective establishment of kindergarten lecturer groups and the targeted development of curriculum products are key paths to solving teachers’ practical puzzles and improving the quality of educational practice. Based on the practices of Liaobu Town Central Kindergarten and Liaobu Town Experimental Kindergarten in Dongguan City, and guided by the subjectivity education theory and team building theory, this paper explores the core logic of establishing lecturer groups featuring “problem-oriented - task assignment - practical iteration”. For three types of lecturer groups (professional field, logistics management, and family education), it constructs a curriculum product development strategy of “puzzle focusing - precise R&D - practical implementation”. The research shows that the establishment logic based on teachers’ core work puzzles can accurately meet the needs of educational practice, and the targeted development strategy can produce curriculum products with both practicality and pertinence, providing a new practical reference for the construction of kindergarten lecturer groups and the development of kindergarten-based curriculum resources.
