数智化背景下行政管理专业学生的专业认同影响因素与提升策略
Factors Influencing Professional Identity and Enhancement Strategies of Administrative Management Students in the Context of Digital Intelligence
摘要: 在数智技术快速发展的背景下,行政管理专业教育面临着新的挑战,对学生的专业认同感也产生了重大影响,专业认同会反作用于学科的发展。文章首先界定专业认同内涵,从学科体系数智化融合不足、实践教学数智场景缺失、社会环境中的负面认知与职业替代焦虑、个体层面技能储备不足四个维度剖析专业认同的影响因素;进而提出优化学科体系、革新实践教学、强化社会对学科的价值认知、赋能个体数智素养与规划能力的对策建议,可以为培养适配数字时代的行政管理人才提供参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of digital intelligence technology, administrative management education is facing new challenges, which have also exerted a significant impact on students’ professional identity. It is a factor that in turn influences the development of the discipline. This paper first defines the connotation of professional identity, then analyzes its influencing factors from four dimensions: insufficient integration of digital intelligence into the disciplinary system, lack of digital intelligence scenarios in practical teaching, negative social perceptions and occupational replacement anxiety, and inadequate individual skill reserves. Furthermore, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions, including optimizing the disciplinary system, innovating practical teaching, strengthening society’s recognition of the discipline’s value, and empowering individuals with digital intelligence literacy and career planning capabilities. This study aims to provide references for cultivating administrative management talents adapted to the digital era.
