玉龙县纳西医药传承现状与发展对策——基于“上山采药”的田野调查

The Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Naxi Medicine Inheritance in Yulong County—Based on Field Investigation of “Mountain Herb Gathering”

摘要: 本研究基于2024~2025年在云南省玉龙纳西族自治县的田野调查，以“上山采药”这一地方性实践为核心切入点，系统考察纳西医药的传承现状与发展路径。研究发现，纳西医药在基层医疗中具有独特的生态适应性与文化整合价值，其知识体系通过代际口传心授与多元医疗互动得以延续，但面临传承主体断层、资源可持续压力及制度性约束等挑战。对此，研究提出创新传承机制、推动资源保育与制度衔接、强化文化认同等对策，以增强纳西医药在现代化背景下的韧性与发展活力。

Abstract: Based on field research conducted in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, Yunnan Province from 2024 to 2025, this study takes the local practice of “mountain herb gathering” as the core entry point to systematically investigate the current state of inheritance and development paths of Naxi medicine. The research finds that Naxi medicine has unique ecological adaptability and cultural integration value in grassroots healthcare, and its knowledge system is sustained through intergenerational oral transmission and diverse medical interactions. However, it faces challenges such as a generational gap in inheritors, pressure on resource sustainability, and institutional constraints. In response, the study proposes strategies including innovating inheritance mechanisms, promoting resource conservation and institutional integration, and strengthening cultural identity to enhance the resilience and development vitality of Naxi medicine in the context of modernization.
