数字化转型背景下企业文化发展的范式重构、内在张力与建设路径研究
Research on the Paradigm Reconstruction, Intrinsic Tension, and Construction Path of Corporate Culture Development under the Background of Digital Transformation
摘要: 数字化转型浪潮正以前所未有的深度与广度重塑企业运营模式与竞争格局,而作为组织灵魂的企业文化,其发展演进、内涵革新与功能实现亦面临深刻挑战与历史性机遇。本文旨在系统探究数字化转型与企业文化发展之间的互动关系,揭示数字化进程对企业文化从价值观、行为规范到组织氛围的全面影响,并剖析传统企业文化在数字化环境中遭遇的典型冲突与内在张力。研究认为,数字化转型不仅是技术应用,更是以数据为驱动、以客户为中心、以敏捷协作为特征的深刻组织变革,这要求企业文化相应地向开放、包容、创新、敏捷和赋能等新范式转型。本文结合信息化、网络化、虚拟化及ERP与客户关系管理等具体技术与管理实践,分析其对跨部门协作、决策模式、员工激励与领导力提出的新要求。在此基础上,文章构建了一个涵盖战略锚定、理念重塑、行为落地与制度保障的系统性企业文化发展路径,以期为企业在数字化时代有效引导文化变革、激活组织活力、实现战略协同提供理论借鉴与实践指引。
Abstract: The wave of digital transformation is reshaping the operational models and competitive landscape of enterprises with unprecedented depth and breadth. As the soul of an organization, corporate culture also faces profound challenges and historic opportunities in its development evolution, connotation innovation, and functional realization. This article aims to systematically explore the interactive relationship between digital transformation and the development of corporate culture, reveal the comprehensive impact of the digital process on corporate culture from values, behavioral norms to organizational atmosphere, and analyze the typical conflicts and internal tensions encountered by traditional corporate culture in the digital environment. Research suggests that digital transformation is not only about technological applications, but also a profound organizational change driven by data, customer-centric, and characterized by agile collaboration. This requires a corresponding transformation of corporate culture towards new paradigms such as openness, inclusivity, innovation, agility, and empowerment. This article combines specific technologies and management practices such as informatization, networking, virtualization, ERP, and customer relationship management to analyze their new requirements for cross-departmental collaboration, decision-making models, employee motivation, and leadership. On this basis, the article constructs a systematic corporate culture development path that covers strategic anchoring, conceptual reshaping, behavioral implementation, and institutional guarantees, in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to effectively guide cultural change, activate organizational vitality, and achieve strategic synergy in the digital age.
