电商企业人才评价与高校培养体系的错位研究
Research on the Dislocation of E-Commerce Enterprise Talent Evaluation and University Training System
摘要: 在数字经济蓬勃发展与产教融合深入推进的背景下,电子商务行业对专业人才的需求持续攀升,但“企业招工难”与“高校毕业生就业难”的供需错位问题日益凸显。本文以电商企业人才评价标准与高校培养体系的适配性为研究核心,探究错位产生的深层原因,并提出针对性的优化路径。研究发现,目前企业与高校主要存在能力与目标、教学与实施及评价机制的错位问题。本文基于能力本位教育理论与人力资本理论,探究行业迭代与教育改革滞后、校企协同不足、评价逻辑差异等深层成因,最终提出重构培养目标、构建产教协同课程体系、建立多元联动评价机制等优化路径,为实现人才供需精准匹配、提升电子商务专业人才培养质量、推动行业持续发展提供了理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: Against the background of the vigorous development of the digital economy and the in-depth promotion of the integration of production and education, the demand for professional talents in the e-commerce industry continues to rise, but the dislocation of supply and demand between “difficulty in recruiting enterprises” and “difficulty in finding employment for college graduates” has become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the adaptability of e-commerce enterprise talent evaluation standards and university training systems, explores the deep-seated causes of dislocation, and proposes targeted optimization paths. The study finds that there are mainly misalignments between ability and goal, teaching and implementation, and evaluation mechanism between enterprises and universities at present. Based on the ability-based education theory and human capital theory, this paper explores the deep-seated causes of industry iteration and education reform lagging behind, insufficient school-enterprise collaboration, and differences in evaluation logic, and finally proposes to reconstruct training goals, build an industry-education collaborative curriculum system, and establish a multi-linkage evaluation mechanism. It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for realizing the precise matching of talent supply and demand, improving the quality of e-commerce professional personnel training, and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
