非门控胸部CT冠状动脉钙化积分的应用和发展现状
Application and Current Development of Non-Gated Chest CT Coronary Calcification Score
摘要: 冠状动脉钙化积分(Coronary Artery Calcium Score, CACS)是定量衡量冠状动脉钙化(Coronary Artery Calcium, CAC)的指标,不仅与冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度有关,而且在心血管疾病的风险分层以及治疗中发挥着重要作用。人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)的出现,让非门控CACS成为评估CAC的一种无创、简单且可靠的方式。本文基于近年国内外相关研究,系统梳理了非门控胸部CT CACS的评估方法、临床应用场景以及发展现状,深入分析了当前应用中存在的问题,提出了未来的优化方向,希望为该技术的临床应用与实践改进提供一些帮助。
Abstract: Coronary Artery Calcium Score (CACS) is a quantitative indicator for evaluating coronary artery calcium (CAC), which is not only associated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis but also plays a pivotal role in risk stratification and preventive treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rendered non-gated CACS a non-invasive, simple, and reliable approach for CAC assessment. Based on relevant domestic and international studies published in recent years, this review systematically collates the assessment methods, clinical application scenarios, and current development status of non-gated chest CT-based CACS, thoroughly analyzes the existing challenges in its current application, and proposes future optimization directions. It is intended to provide valuable insights for the clinical application and practical advancement of this technology.
