融合案例教学与问题导向的临床合理用药管理教学设计与实践
Integration of Case-Based and Problem-Based Learning: Instructional Design and Practice for Clinical Rational Drug Use Management
摘要: 本文针对临床合理用药管理教学中存在的理论抽象、与实践脱节及学生高阶思维能力培养不足等问题,以“临床用药管理”章节为例,设计了融合案例教学与问题导向的课程体系。课程以“反应停事件”和“药物性耳聋”等经典案例为切入点,通过结构化问题引导,系统解构合理用药的科学内涵、法规框架与现实挑战,借助模拟处方审核等实战训练,实现药事法规、药物治疗学知识与风险管理意识的深度融合。教学实践表明,该模式能有效提升学生的批判性思维、法规应用与临床决策支持能力,为培养符合新时代需求的复合型药事管理人才提供了可行路径。
Abstract: This article addresses the issues of abstract theory, disconnection from practical application, and insufficient cultivation of students’ higher-order thinking skills in the teaching of clinical rational drug use management. Taking the “Clinical Medication Management” chapter as an example, a course system integrating case-based learning and problem-based learning was designed. The course uses classic cases such as the “Thalidomide Incident” and “Drug-Induced Deafness” as entry points. Through structured problem guidance, it systematically deconstructs the scientific connotation, regulatory framework, and real-world challenges of rational drug use. It facilitates the deep integration of pharmaceutical regulations, pharmacotherapeutics knowledge, and risk management awareness through practical training such as simulated prescription review. Teaching practice indicates that this model can effectively enhance students’ critical thinking, regulatory application, and clinical decision support capabilities, providing a feasible pathway for cultivating interdisciplinary pharmaceutical management talents who understand pharmacy, excel in management, and possess strong communication skills to meet the demands of the new era.
