基于核心素养培育的高中历史分层教学研究
Research on Ability Grouping Teaching in High School History Based on Core Competency
摘要: 分层教学的目标是在教学中以学生个体差异作为依据,制定差异化的教学目标、内容与策略,让学生在适宜的教学中获得最优发展,实现兼顾学生个体差异、全员素养发展的教育理想。核心素养培育是新时代高中历史教学的重要目标,为分层教学的设计提供了价值锚点和操作方向,而分层教学则为核心素养的培育提供保障,成为破解“一刀切”教学困境、实现素养全员落地的关键路径。文章基于高中历史学科特点,剖析当前高中历史教学在核心素养培育与分层实施中的现实困境,从学生分层、目标分层、内容分层、方法分层、评价分层五个维度进行讨论分层教学在高中历史教学中的有效实施措施,以期为高中历史教学落实核心素养培育目标、提升教学实效提供有益参考。
Abstract: The goal of ability grouping teaching is to design differentiated teaching objectives, content, and strategies based on students’ individual differences, enabling them to achieve optimal development in suitable teaching environments and realizing the educational ideal of balancing individual differences and holistic literacy development. The cultivation of core competencies is a crucial objective in high school history education in the new era, serving as a value anchor and operational direction for the design of ability grouping teaching. In turn, ability grouping teaching provides the foundation for core competency development, becoming a key pathway to address the challenges of “one-size-fits-all” teaching and ensure the widespread implementation of literacy skills. This article analyzes the current practical dilemmas in high school history teaching regarding the cultivation of core competencies and the implementation of ability grouping approaches. It discusses effective measures for grouping teaching in high school history teaching from five dimensions: student ability grouping, objective tiering, content tiering, method tiering, and evaluation tiering, aiming to provide valuable references for achieving the goal of cultivating core competencies and enhancing teaching effectiveness in high school history education.
