农村电商平台对家庭能源消费结构优化的影响研究
A Study on the Impact of Rural E-Commerce Platforms on Optimizing Household Energy Consumption Structures
摘要: 我国农村家庭能源消费正处于由传统高碳能源向清洁高效能源加速转型的关键阶段,但仍面临能源结构不合理和清洁能源普及不足等问题。与此同时,农村电子商务近年来蓬勃发展,数字技术与乡村治理深度融合,为乡村振兴和绿色发展提供了新动能。在数字乡村和“双碳”目标的政策背景下,本文从理论层面探讨农村电商平台对家庭能源消费结构优化的作用机制。研究认为,农村电商平台通过提升农户收入和消费能力、加强信息获取与绿色意识、完善清洁能源产品供给渠道、促成社区集体行动等途径,有助于促进农村家庭由传统生物质和煤炭等能源向电力、燃气和可再生能源转型,优化家庭能源消费结构。
Abstract: China’s rural household energy consumption is undergoing a critical phase of accelerated transition from traditional high-carbon energy sources to clean and efficient alternatives, yet continues to grapple with issues such as an irrational energy structure and insufficient penetration of clean energy. Concurrently, rural e-commerce has flourished in recent years, with digital technologies deeply integrating into rural governance to provide fresh impetus for rural revitalization and green development. Against the policy backdrop of digital villages and the “dual carbon” goals, this paper theoretically explores the mechanism through which rural e-commerce platforms optimize household energy consumption structures. The research suggests that rural e-commerce platforms facilitate the transition of rural households from traditional energy sources such as biomass and coal towards electricity, gas, and renewable energy, thereby optimizing household energy consumption structures. This is achieved through multiple pathways: enhancing farmers’ income and consumption capacity; strengthening access to information and green awareness; improving supply channels for clean energy products; and fostering community collective action.
