Social Work Intervention Practice Exploration of Psychosocial Adjustment Problems in Hospitalized Children

摘要: 研究旨在深入探讨住院患儿在医疗环境中面临的心理社会适应困境，并基于在扬州大学附属医院开展的一项行动研究，提出一条融合中国本土文化元素的创新性疗愈路径。住院生活常常导致患儿经历环境、主体性与生命意义感的三重脱节，引发严重的心理应激。为应对此问题，一项实践探索以生态系统理论与增能理论为指导，通过设计融合“哪吒”文化符号及烧箔画、香囊制作等非物质文化遗产技艺的系列活动，旨在缓解患儿焦虑、重建其能动性与社会联结。文章将系统阐述该模式的问题根源、对策设计、实践成效，并结合现有研究证据，提出一套具有本土适应性与可推广性的行动建议，为构建“生物心理社会”整合性儿科医疗服务模式提供实证参考。

Abstract: This research report aims to explore in-depth the psychosocial adaptation challenges faced by hospitalized children in medical environments. Based on an action research conducted at the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University, it proposes an innovative healing pathway that integrates elements of China’s local culture. Hospital life often leads to a triple disconnection of environment, subjectivity, and sense of life meaning, causing severe psychological stress. To address this issue, a practical exploration guided by ecosystem theory and empowerment theory designs a series of activities that incorporate cultural symbols of “Nezha” and intangible cultural heritage skills such as foil painting and sachet making, aiming to alleviate children’s anxiety and rebuild their agency and social connections. This paper systematically examines the root causes of the model, designs countermeasures, and evaluates practical outcomes. Combining existing research evidence, it proposes a set of action recommendations with local adaptability and replicability, providing empirical references for building an integrated “biopsychosocial” pediatric medical service model.
