电商物流公司服务质量因素研究
Research on Service Quality Factors of E-Commerce Logistics Companies
摘要: 近几年来,伴随着电商的迅猛发展,电商物流业也在快速发展。如何对电商物流服务质量进行正确的评价,并从中找出提高电商物流服务质量的关键因素,已成为制约电商物流业迅速发展的重要因素。本文以电商物流公司为例,构建了电商物流服务质量指标体系和评价模型,参考SERVQUAL模型,与电商物流行业的特征相结合,从有形性、可靠性、响应性、移情性、信息性、经济性及补救性等方面,构建出了电商物流企业服务质量评价体系。在此基础上,通过对电商物流公司的实际情况进行了全面的分析,得到了该公司的电商物流服务质量的综合评价值,从而对该公司的电商物流服务质量做出了一个合理、有效的评估,同时也给出了相应的改善方案。
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the e-commerce logistics industry has also been growing swiftly. How to accurately evaluate the service quality of e-commerce logistics and identify key factors for its improvement has become a significant issue constraining the rapid development of the e-commerce logistics industry. This paper takes e-commerce logistics companies as an example to construct an indicator system and evaluation model for e-commerce logistics service quality. Drawing on the SERVQUAL model and integrating the characteristics of the e-commerce logistics industry, a service quality evaluation system for e-commerce logistics companies is developed, covering aspects such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, informativeness, economy, and remedial measures. Based on this, a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation of e-commerce logistics companies is conducted to obtain an overall evaluation of their service quality. This provides a reasonable and effective assessment of the e-commerce logistics service quality of the companies and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
