初中道德与法治课教学中法制观念核心素养的培育研究
A Study on the Cultivation of Core Competencies in Legal Awareness in Junior High School Moral and Legal Education
摘要: 本文探讨了初中《道德与法治》课中法制观念核心素养的培育,分析了其必要性、存在的问题及解决策略。研究指出,当前初中法治教育存在学生法律情感淡漠、教师教学理念不足、评价方式单一及家校合作欠缺等问题。文章提出了转变教育理念、开展实践活动、构建多元评价体系和加强家校合作等策略,旨在为初中法治教育实践提供参考,推动学生法治观念的形成与发展,助力法治社会建设。
Abstract: This paper explores the cultivation of core competencies in legal awareness in junior high school Moral and Legal Education, analyzing its necessity, existing problems, and solutions. The study points out that current junior high school legal education suffers from problems such as students’ indifference to legal issues, insufficient teaching philosophy among teachers, a single evaluation method, and a lack of cooperation between home and school. The article proposes strategies such as transforming educational philosophy, carrying out practical activities, constructing a diversified evaluation system, and strengthening cooperation between home and school, aiming to provide a reference for junior high school legal education practice, promote the formation and development of students’ legal awareness, and contribute to the construction of a society governed by the rule of law.
