“三全育人”视域下爱育与思想政治教育协同育人机制探究
Exploring the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Caring Education and Ideological and Political Education under the Perspective of “Three-Wide Education”
摘要: 在“立德树人”根本任务与“三全育人”综合改革背景下,传统思想政治教育面临实效性不足、情感认同缺失等现实困境。引入“爱育”理念,旨在通过情感关怀与价值引领的融合,提升思想政治教育的亲和力与感染力。本文基于“三全育人”视域,运用耦合理论与协同治理框架,系统分析爱育与思想政治教育在目标、内容与方法上的协同可行性,进而构建涵盖主体、过程与场域的“三位一体”协同育人机制,并提出相应保障措施,以增强思想政治教育的精准性与长效性,为推动学生全面发展提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: In the context of the fundamental task of “Fostering Virtue and Cultivating Talents” and the comprehensive reform of “Three-wide Education”, traditional ideological and political education faces practical challenges such as insufficient effectiveness and a lack of emotional identification. Introducing the concept of “Caring Education” aims to enhance the affinity and impact of ideological and political education through the integration of emotional care and value guidance. From the perspective of “Three-wide Education”, this study employs coupling theory and a collaborative governance framework to analyze the feasibility of synergy between Caring Education and ideological and political education in terms of objectives, content, and methods. Consequently, it constructs a tripartite collaborative education mechanism encompassing subjects, processes, and fields, and proposes corresponding support measures. This provides a new solution for improving the precision and long-term effectiveness of ideological and political education, offering theoretical insights and practical pathways for promoting students’ all-round development.
