健康老龄化背景下“学研训赛创”实践育人模式构建与实施——以社区健康养老社会实践为例
Construction and Implementation of the “Learning, Research, Training, Competition, and Creation” Practical Education Model in the Context of Healthy Aging—A Case Study of Community Health and Elderly Care Social Practice
摘要: 培养多元化、创新型和复合型的高素质社区护理人才是积极应对人口老龄化的重要内容,也是实施健康中国战略的客观要求。健康老龄化背景下“学研训赛创”实践育人模式构建与实施既保证学生掌握基础理论和基本实践技能,引导高年级学生学习积极性、激发其自主学习及创新实践热情,是实践教学改革的关键。本研究探讨健康老龄化背景下《社区健康养老社会实践》课程教学改革问题,以此提升课程教学质量,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质社区健康养老社会实践人才。通过深入分析健康老龄化背景下,从“学研训赛创”多维视角出发,采用多元化教学方式,制定课程改革策略和实施方案,实施《社区健康养老社会实践》课程在教学内容的优化、教学模式的创新、数字化教学资源的开发、实践教学条件的完善和考核与评价体系的建立等方面的教学改革路径。《社区健康养老社会实践》课程教学改革能够提升课程教学质量,形成知识的系统梳理和深度融合,深化学生养老实践知识体系,有助于培养符合行业发展需求的优秀人才,为社区健康养老社会实践领域的创新发展提供有力支撑。
Abstract: Cultivating diverse, innovative, and versatile high-quality community nursing talents is an important aspect of actively addressing population aging and an objective requirement for implementing the Healthy China strategy. The construction and implementation of the “learning, research, training, competition, and innovation” practical education model under the background of healthy aging not only ensures that students master basic theories and practical skills, but also guides senior students to learn actively, stimulates their enthusiasm for independent learning and innovative practice, which is the key to practical teaching reform. Exploring the teaching reform of the “Community Health and Elderly Care Social Practice” course under the background of healthy aging, in order to improve the quality of course teaching and cultivate high-quality community health and elderly care social practice talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. In depth analysis of the background of healthy aging, starting from the multidimensional perspective of “learning, research, training, competition, and innovation”, adopting diversified teaching methods, formulating curriculum reform strategies and implementation plans, and implementing the teaching reform path of the “Community Health and Elderly Care Social Practice” course in terms of optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching modes, developing digital teaching resources, improving practical teaching conditions, and establishing assessment and evaluation systems. The teaching reform of the course “Community Health and Elderly Care Social Practice” can improve the quality of course teaching, form a systematic sorting and deep integration of knowledge, deepen the knowledge system of student elderly care practice, help cultivate excellent talents that meet the needs of industry development, and provide strong support for innovative development in the field of community health and elderly care social practice.
