人机共创视域下动画电影的生产机制与创作主体性研究

A Study on the Production Mechanisms and Creative Subjectivity of Animated Films in the Context of Human-Machine Co-Creation

摘要: 随着人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术的增长，对于动画电影产业来说正经历着从传统“手绘与实拍”向“人工智能生成”的转型。本文主要写在这个“人机共创”的时代之下，去探讨AIGC技术如何重构动画电影的生产机制，并引发创作主体性的演变。研究之后发现，导演与画师的职能也正在从繁复的体力劳动向核心创意的生成、审美把控及情感布局方面的迁移，所以AIGC技术并未完全取代人类创作者，而是推动了生产流程向智能协同模式的转变；这一过程不仅重新定义了“作者”的身份，也为动画电影的叙事美学带来了全新的可能性与挑战。

Abstract: With the growth of AI-Generated Content (AIGC) technology, the animated film industry is undergoing a transformation from traditional “hand-drawn and live-action” to “AI-generated” production. This paper explores how AIGC technology is reshaping the production mechanisms of animated films and evolving creative agency in this era of “human-machine co-creation”. Research reveals that the roles of directors and animators are shifting from labor-intensive tasks toward core creative generation, aesthetic oversight, and emotional storytelling. Thus, AIGC technology does not entirely replace human creators but propels production workflows toward intelligent collaborative models. This process not only redefines the identity of the “author” but also introduces unprecedented possibilities and challenges to the narrative aesthetics of animated films.
