高校教师AI素养水平现状调查研究
A Survey on the AI Literacy of Higher Education Teachers
摘要: 随着人工智能在教育领域的深入应用,高校教师AI素养的提升成为教育信息化的重要议题。本文旨在探究高校教师AI素养的现状及其影响因素。研究基于260份问卷调查数据,采用描述性统计、差异性比较和多元回归分析方法进行统计分析。结果发现,高校教师AI素养整体处于中上水平,并且在性别、学科、职称等主要人口学特征上无显著差异。人口学变量对教师AI素养影响不显著,而AI使用频率则有显著正向作用。研究结论认为,培训普及和政策支持缩小了教师间的群体差异,建议进一步加强AI实践机会和持续性培训,同时关注组织支持及个人动机等非人口学因素对AI素养的促进作用。
Abstract: With the increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, enhancing AI literacy among higher education teachers has become a crucial issue in educational informatization. This study aims to explore the current state of AI literacy of higher education teachers and its influencing factors. Based on 260 survey responses, descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for statistical examination. The results indicate that the overall AI literacy of higher education teachers is at a medium-high level, with no significant differences observed across key demographic variables such as gender, discipline, or professional title. Demographic factors were found to have no significant impact on AI literacy, whereas the frequency of AI use showed a significant positive effect. The study concludes that training popularization and policy support have reduced group disparities among faculty. It is recommended to further strengthen practical AI opportunities and continuous training, while also emphasizing the role of organizational support and individual motivation—non-demographic factors—in promoting AI literacy.
