艺术类高校辅导员就业指导职能发挥的挑战与优化路径研究

Research on the Challenges and Optimization Paths of the Exertion of Employment Guidance Function of Counselors in Art Colleges and Universities

摘要: 在高等教育普及化与艺术产业转型的背景下，艺术类高校毕业生的就业问题愈发突出。本文通过文献研究，系统梳理了艺术类高校就业市场趋势、专业特性及学生就业观念，深入剖析了辅导员在就业指导中面临的挑战，包括学生个性化需求、专业局限性、资源约束及外部环境变化等。进而提出以职业规划教育为基础、综合素质提升为核心、校企合作与校友资源为支撑、心理辅导为保障的四维策略体系，旨在为艺术类高校辅导员开展就业工作提供有效策略。这不仅在理论上有助于丰富高校就业指导理论体系，还能从实践层面助力辅导员提升就业指导水平，推动艺术类学生充分且高质量就业，实现个人与社会价值的统一。

Abstract: Under the background of the popularization of higher education and the transformation of art industry, the employment problem of art college graduates has become more and more prominent. Through literature research, this paper systematically combs the employment market trend, professional characteristics and students’ employment concept of art colleges, and deeply analyzes the challenges faced by counselors in employment guidance, including students’ individualized needs, professional limitations, resource constraints and external environment changes. Then it puts forward a four-dimensional strategy system based on career planning education, with comprehensive quality improvement as the core, school-enterprise cooperation and alumni resources as the support, and psychological counseling as the guarantee, aiming at providing effective strategies for art college counselors to carry out employment work. This not only helps to enrich the theoretical system of employment guidance in colleges and universities in theory, but also helps counselors to improve the level of employment guidance in practice, promote the full and high-quality employment of art students, and realize the unity of personal and social values.
