基础教育与当地社会发展的关系研究——基于迪庆州B村调查

Research on the Relationship between Basic Education and Local Social Development—Based on the Survey of Village B in Diqingzhou

摘要: 近年来随着教育水平的提高和社会经济发展，基础教育受到越来越多的关注和重视。基础教育作为国民教育的重要组成部分，其质量不仅关系到个人成长，也直接关系到一个地区的发展。在文章中，笔者对基础教育和教育质量进行了界定，并对当地基础教育发展现状进行阐述。使用文献分析法和实地调查法分析当地基础教育薄弱的原因。主要从当地基础设施完善程度、师资力量、教育经费和家庭教育四个方面来分析。得出结论是因为当地基础设施较为薄弱；师资力量短缺；教育经费投入力度小和家庭教育缺失。因此，笔者认为需要通过提高教育质量、加强与家庭、学校和社区的合作等措施，来推动基础教育和当地社会的良性互动。

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of education level and social and economic development, basic education has received more and more attention. As an important part of national education, the quality of basic education is not only related to personal growth, but also directly related to the development of a region. In the article, the author defines the quality of basic education and education, and expounds the current situation of local basic education development. We use literature analysis and field investigation to analyze the reasons for the weakness of local basic education. It is mainly analyzed from four aspects: the perfection of local infrastructure, faculty, education funds and family education. The conclusion is due to the weak local infrastructure; the shortage of teachers; the small investment in education and the lack of family education. Therefore, the author believes that it is necessary to promote the benign interaction between basic education and local society through measures such as improving the quality of education and strengthening cooperation with families, schools and communities.
