教育家精神融入师范生思想政治教育的内在逻辑与实践路径探究
Research on the Internal Logic and Practical Path of Integrating the Spirit of Educators into the Ideological and Political Education of Teacher Education Students
摘要: 教育强国建设是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,师范生作为未来教师队伍的主力军,其思想政治素质与教育情怀直接关乎国家教育事业发展。新时代弘扬教育家精神,对强化师范生培养具有重要意义。本文探讨教育家精神融入师范生思想政治教育的内在逻辑与实践路径。研究表明,二者在立德树人的价值目标上高度契合,在内容维度上深度融合,在实践功能上相互促进。基于“学思践悟”的逻辑框架,构建了系统化实践路径:通过课程体系筑牢认知基础,借助文化场域促进内化反思,依托实践平台锤炼行动能力,运用评价机制实现价值升华。该路径为推动教育家精神在师范生培养中内化于心、外化于行提供了理论参考与实践范式。
Abstract: The construction of a powerful nation through education is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As the main force of the future teaching staff, the ideological and political quality and educational feelings of teacher education students are directly related to the development of national education. In the new era, it is of great significance to carry forward the spirit of educators and strengthen the training of students in normal universities. This paper explores the internal logic and practical path of integrating the spirit of educators into the ideological and political education of teacher education students. The study shows that the two are highly compatible in the value goal of moral education, deeply integrated in the content dimension, and mutually promoted in the practical function. Based on the logical framework of “learning, thinking, practice and understanding”, this paper constructs a systematic practice path: building a solid cognitive foundation through the curriculum system, promoting internalized reflection with the help of cultural field, tempering action ability relying on the practice platform, and realizing value sublimation by using the evaluation mechanism. This path provides a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for promoting the internalization and externalization of the spirit of educators in the cultivation of normal students.
